No. We do not accept insurance for office visits. Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of your invoices which YOU can submit to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee what reimbursement, if any, you may receive. We do not submit claims or call insurance companies directly. This is the responsibility of the patient.
Unfortunately, when doctors participate with insurance carriers, they enter into a contract that allows the insurance companies to dictate what services will be supplied limiting the quality of care that we believe you deserve. As the costs of keeping a clinic running has continued to rise, reimbursement has fallen forcing most doctors to see more and more patients a day, keeping office visits very brief. We believe this is substandard care and does not allow us to practice the in-depth, expert model of Functional and Integrative medicine.
We do not participate with Medicare, nor do we bill Medicare.
We are a virtual practice.

We are constantly updating the functional medicine tests we offer based on emerging scientific data. We use laboratories such as Diagnostic Solutions, Genova Diagnostics, Spectracell Laboratories, Cyrex, Precision Analytical, Boston Heart Diagnostics, Vibrant America, and others.
Every plan is unique. We work with you to customize testing orders based on your health needs and personal preferences.
However, in almost all cases, we require, as a minimum, Functional Medicine laboratory testing that includes examining the blood, stool, urine and saliva. The purpose of these are to help us analyze your digestion and absorption, potential nutritional deficiencies, metabolism and generation of energy, possible intestinal dysbiosis, and hormonal status.
The approximate cost of these tests are between $1500-$2000+. Tests will be staggered throughout your program and often include repeat tests to check progress.

Sometimes. In attempts to keep program costs down we are partnered with certain lab companies that process through most insurance companies guaranteeing a lower fixed amount. Some specialty labs may not be covered by your insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company regarding deductibles and reimbursement for out-of-network labs. It is not the responsibility of the Moday Center to understand your individual insurance coverage.
Most people will be benefited from a functional medicine health program. However, please refer to the conditions we treat and don’t treat here. We are unable to answer specific medical questions pertaining to your case outside of a Wellness Consultation.
