Quick and Easy MACRO-trio Meal

Just wanted to quickly share an example of one of my favorite MACRO-trio breakfasts by far! Not sure what that is? Check out my blog posts on this meal plan that can benefit everyone here. Because @letsgetreal_rd people.. breakfast is important! And it’s so easy…

1. Fry plantains in coconut oil (Carbs+Fat)
2. Whip up some delicious scrambled eggs (Protein)
3. Throw together a quick guacamole with whatever spices and herbs you have available (Fat)
4. Add in some sauerkraut because you can never have enough fermented foods
