I started The Moday Center after getting frustrated by the limitations of conventional medicine and realizing it didn’t always help people get better. I knew that there was a better way. One that combined cutting edge, in-depth science, along with a holistic mind-body-spirit approach. I believe that we all have an inherent ability to heal when given the right tools, support and nourishment.
As a doctor trained in both traditional medicine and functional /integrative medicine, I spend my days literally helping individuals transform their relationship with their health. I have dedicated myself to teaching my clients how to optimize their personal environment, upgrade their nutrition, and improve their stress so they can live a vital, happy, productive life – free of disease. I understand that people feel abandoned by our medical system, left behind to search for answers in books, or on the internet without a specialist to cut through all the noise and guide them to what will work for them.
My passion is working with motivated and dedicated people who want to transform their health. I have special interests in the role of stress and the environment on our immune system and our overall health, the gut/ brain connection, mood and cognition issues, and helping people to improve brain function and productivity.
