Frequently Asked Questions

You may pay by check, credit card, or HSA debit card.

We do have payment plans for our programs. This allows all who truly wish to improve their health to be able to work with us.

No. We do not accept insurance for office visits. Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of your invoices which YOU can submit to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee what reimbursement, if any, you may receive. We do not submit claims or call insurance companies directly. This is the responsibility of the patient.

Sometimes. In attempts to keep program costs down we are partnered with certain lab companies that process through most insurance companies guaranteeing a lower fixed amount. Some specialty labs may not be covered by your insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company regarding deductibles and reimbursement for out-of-network labs. It is not the responsibility of the Moday Center to understand your individual insurance coverage.

Every plan is unique. The Better Brain program includes re-testing ReCODE labs. Additional testing may be recommended by your providers. This may include micronutrient, food sensitivity, stool, or other tests.

We do not participate with Medicare, nor do we bill Medicare.

Unfortunately, when doctors participate with insurance carriers, they enter into a contract that allows the insurance companies to dictate what services will be supplied limiting the quality of care that we believe you deserve. As the costs of keeping a clinic running has continued to rise, reimbursement has fallen forcing most doctors to see more and more patients a day, keeping office visits very brief. We believe this is substandard care and does not allow us to practice the in-depth, expert model of Functional and Integrative medicine.

Please call the office at (215) 558-2731 or email us at info@modaycenter.com.

The Better Brain program retail cost is $8,900. The re-testing of ReCODE labs is included in this cost. Patients can also expect to spend about $150+ on supplements per month. Additional functional medicine tests on are not included but may be added on.
