Bright & Balanced Program
Healthy hormones are the key to feeling good everyday!
When our hormones are in sync, energy is abundant, sleep comes naturally, weight is optimized, our mood and brain health are maximized, and we feel more vital.
However, in order to have healthy hormones, we have to look at the underlying influences on these important chemicals.
The foods we eat, sleep quality, stress, alcohol, exercise and our environment all play key roles in affecting our hormones for good and bad.
If you want to revitalize your hormonal health naturally, the Bright & Balanced program is your roadmap.
Who is This Program For?
This functional medicine program has been carefully designed to address stress, sex hormone, and brain hormone imbalance issues. This is perfect for someone with experiencing any of the following diagnoses or symptoms:
What Patients Are Saying
For 3 years, I suspected I had thyroid/hormonal issues and was turned away by my doctors, saying I was just getting older and all the symptoms I was experiencing (fatigue, weight gain, anxiety and depression just to name a few) were normal…
After years of my doctors not taking me seriously, I started googling my symptoms, even turning to Instagram to find the answers I was looking for. I started researching hormonal imbalances and the DUTCH test and realized I needed to find a functional doctor if I wanted to be taken seriously. I looked up functional doctors near me and found Dr. Moday, booked an appointment and never looked back…
My energy levels have greatly improved, my raging PMS has calmed down, I don’t feel anxious or depressed anymore, my sleep is better, I’m just overall a completely different person for the better…Make an appointment immediately, it’s life changing.
Dr. Moday and Kayleigh are so thorough in their approach to getting you back on track. They’re compassionate and patient and truly have your best interest in mind.

Frequently Asked Questions
You have two months to complete the program from your sign up date.
The DUTCH Complete hormone test is a urine test, completed at home. The thyroid, inflammation, lipid, and glycemic labs require a blood draw. We provide contact information for a mobile phlebotomist who can safely and conveniently draw your sample at your home and/or locations of draw centers near you. Depending on your location, the draw fee is typically no more than $50.
Due to COVID-19, the Moday Center is operating virtually until further notice. All visits can be completed either via HIPAA-compliant Zoom (video conference) or phone.
Hormonal health has become a popular topic in mainstream media but unfortunately it still tends to miss the mark in a few areas. An individuals health isn’t solely based on their hormones but more so the functionality of hormones relying on the cooperation from multiple other bodily systems. These systems should also be considered when evaluating an individuals hormonal and total health.
At The Moday Center, we believe in getting a bigger picture and understanding how and why different systems are impacting overall health allowing for a better understanding of discrepancies. We have thoughtfully formulated a package that evaluates labs relevant to getting a more robust representation of these bodily systems and overall hormonal harmony.
The labs in this package comprehensively evaluate all aspects of hormone balance including lipids/cholesterol, blood glucose/insulin, inflammation, thyroid health, iron status, sex hormones, and adrenal hormones.
The Moday Center staff will reach out to you with intake paperwork and scheduling information within 24 hours (Monday – Thursday) or the following Monday (if Friday — Sunday).
IMPORTANT: Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your “Safe Sender” email list to ensure you receive all communication from us.
Visits are completed virtually via telemedicine therefore you do not need to be local to Philadelphia! However, please note you must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Virginia to participate in this program.
Possibly. If you are taking corticosteroid medications including some allergy medications or anti-inflammatories like cortisone or prednisone, these may interfere with accurate test results. Additionally, if you are taking an oral contraceptive including a hormonal IUD, the DUTCH Complete results will not be as actionable. Email us at email@example.com and we can provide more details. Consult your prescribing physician and gain approval before stopping or pausing any medications.
