The DUTCH Complete hormone test is a urine test, completed at home. The thyroid, inflammation, lipid, and glycemic labs require a blood draw. We provide contact information for a mobile phlebotomist who can safely and conveniently draw your sample at your home and/or locations of draw centers near you. Depending on your location, the draw fee is typically no more than $50.
Due to COVID-19, the Moday Center is operating virtually until further notice. All visits can be completed either via HIPAA-compliant Zoom (video conference) or phone.
Hormonal health has become a popular topic in mainstream media but unfortunately it still tends to miss the mark in a few areas. An individuals health isn’t solely based on their hormones but more so the functionality of hormones relying on the cooperation from multiple other bodily systems. These systems should also be considered when evaluating an individuals hormonal and total health.
At The Moday Center, we believe in getting a bigger picture and understanding how and why different systems are impacting overall health allowing for a better understanding of discrepancies. We have thoughtfully formulated a package that evaluates labs relevant to getting a more robust representation of these bodily systems and overall hormonal harmony.

Visits are completed virtually via telemedicine therefore you do not need to be local to Philadelphia! However, please note you must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Virginia to participate in this program.
Possibly. If you are taking corticosteroid medications including some allergy medications or anti-inflammatories like cortisone or prednisone, these may interfere with accurate test results. Additionally, if you are taking an oral contraceptive including a hormonal IUD, the DUTCH Complete results will not be as actionable. Email us at info@modaycenter.com and we can provide more details. Consult your prescribing physician and gain approval before stopping or pausing any medications.
Bright & Balanced is an out of pocket program. The Moday Center is unable to accept insurance as payment and are considered an “out-of-network” provider. At this time, we are unable to provide invoices for insurance reimbursement purposes.
Yes! Payments may be made by credit card, check, or HSA debit/credit card.
Bright & Balanced is a stand-alone program. However, you may choose to sign up for a Medical or Nutrition program to continue care at the Moday Center once you complete the program.
Unfortunately, we are unable to customize the tests included in Bright & Balanced and are unable to add on additional testing. However, additional labs or functional medicine tests can be accessed in a nutrition program, which patients often choose to begin once they complete the Bright & Balanced program.
