How do I become a Micronutrient Client?
You do not have to be a full fledged member of our practice to receive this service.
If you are already a member of our practice, just ask Dr. Moday about ordering the test. If you are new to our practice, it is easy to become a micronutrient client. Just follow these steps.
- Email us at [email protected] .Indicate that you would like to become a Micronutrient client and we will email you the appropriate patient history forms to fill out and step by step directions of the process.
- We will then send you the lab kit which you can take to a commercial lab or doctors office to have the blood drawn (it is only 2 tubes)
- After the samples are sent off, we will get the results in about 2 weeks.
- The office will then contact you to set up your 40 minute one on one consult with Dr. Moday to go over specific recommendations.
Fees:
The SpectraCell Micronutrient test is $190 with insurance and $88 with Medicare.
One time consultation fee for visit with Dr. Moday to review results and create a nutrition and supplement plan - $275
