Dr. Moday is able to order standard lab tests through LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics. You will be given the requisition forms and these should be covered completely by your insurance carrier in most cases.
For functional medicine and other specialty lab tests, you will be given kits onsite to take home. Specific instructions on how to perform these tests will be given to you, and the proper postage and packaging is included in the test kits. The extent to which these labs are reimbursed is dependant upon your insurance coverage. You can speak with your insurance company regarding your specific coverage. Dr. Moday uses labs from Genova, Doctor’s Data, Bio-Health labs and Cyrex.
